What is CASE?

The Center for Advancing Sudbury Education (CASE) is a small nonprofit based in Denver, Colorado, directed by people with extensive experience in Sudbury schooling. Its mission is to promote awareness and understanding of the Sudbury model, as well as to support schools and startup groups.

CASE’s goals include:

• Increasing the number of inquiries into Sudbury schooling.
• Helping Sudbury schools grow both in number and size.
• Achieving name recognition for the Sudbury model equal to that enjoyed by the Montessori and Waldorf models.
• Becoming a source of support and funding for Sudbury schools.
